JULY 1 ABOUT LOVE AND COMPASSION
Compassion is the wish that no sentient being has to endure suffering or the causes of suffering. Love is the wish that all beings have happiness and the causes of happiness. We already feel this about ourselves and we can extend it to include all beings. Lama Yeshe explored the inherent nature of Love and Compassion, why they are important, and how we can increase their influence in our lives.
