Emotional Healing: Facing Life’s Challenges with Curiosity and Courage @ Columbus KTC

Lama Yeshe will be leading a weekend workshop at Columbus KTC. IN-PERSON and on ZOOM~Sometimes it can seem like suffering follows us like our shadow. It doesn’t have to be this way. As we go through our daily life we experience a variety of emotions and feelings which are uncomfortable at best and sometimes very painful to ourselves and those around us. Disappointments, jealousy, fear, anger, uncertainty, shattered plans, painful memories are just a few examples of this. Life doesn’t need to be this painful. This weekend program will introduce you to a deeper understanding of how your emotions work and how to work with your emotions. It is possible for these emotional raw places to heal and you to experience your inherent wellbeing.Sometimes ordinary difficulties add up and can have trauma-like symptoms. Lama Yeshe will encourage participants to see a painful past as an opportunity for spiritual growth, and show ways to cleanse our emotional wounds with wisdom.“The intensity of the source of trauma (emotion) isn’t as important as the intensity of our emotional response to the trauma. ”This program can help those who feel overwhelmed, but also those who know, or work with traumatized people. There will be time for questions and discussion. ...

Using Life’s Manure for Spiritual Growth ~ in Stillwater

When life presents us with very difficult situations, we can be pulled down. We can also be resilient and bounce back. We have the opportunity to grow and find ourselves in a better place than before. It is our choice. Join us on Wednesday evening, June 26th, from 6 - 8pm at the Stillwater, MN Public Library. A Zoom connection will also be available. ...
