Lama Zangmo presents: Mindfulness & Wellbeing
Join visiting teacher Lama Zangmo, the retreat master for the women’s traditional 3 year in Delhi, NY, for a talk on mindfulness and how it is useful in developing our sense of wellbeing.
The teaching will take place at 2 p.m., Sunday, July 9, at our new location in Minnetonka, MN. This is a great opportunity for many of you to see this space for the first time.
Our purpose at Twin Cities KTC is to promote wellbeing, compassion and wisdom through teachings on meditation and the practices of Buddhism. This talk will go into more depth on the subject of wellbeing.

Since then, she has completed three three-year retreats under the guidance of Ven.
