Mindfulness & Well-Being
Join Lama Yeshe at the River Market Food Cooperative in Stillwater, MN for a talk on Mindfulness & Wellbeing. Much of the time we are planning for the future, filling up the present with activity and living in the past. Meditation is a tool to help us experience what is happening now. This leads to a reduction of worry, stress and discomfort and satisfaction and contentment become easier to experience. In this class participants will learn how to better discipline their mind, helping you develop tolerance, reduce anger, get along better with others, become less reactive to situations and generally do a better job of not sweating the small stuff.
