Weekly Group Meditation on Zoom
This class is intended to provide 10 minutes of meditation instruction based on an Eastern tradition of following the breath to promote calm and well-being. Instruction will be followed by 25 minutes of group meditation. The instruction period will have no Q&A, just a quick review of meditation basics around posture, gaze, and focus. Following group meditation, participants have the option of staying for Q&A/discussion or leaving to go about their day.
