The Chenrezig practice is held monthly at the Center.  Lama Yeshe reviewed the details of the practice and the group performed the practice together.  He discussed the motivation for this practice, provided details about the deity Chenrezig, and reviewed the visualizations that are done as a part of the practice.  Since this is a practice that is done monthly, there will be additional teachings on Chenrezig at the center in the months to come.
